The LMTV bed isn't designed for things to be bolted to it. We ran into this problem when our unit turned in deuces for LMTVs. You'd have to fabricate a mounting plate for the fifth wheel.

I think rocker panels have been covered in great detail, now I'm looking to see if anyone has patched/replaced the back corners, cowl, floor and kick panels, and anything else depicted in the pictures. Also as a bonus, my defrost ducts are rusted out too.
The outer pulley twist CCW. There is room to put a large wrench/adjustable wrench behind rear pulley to hold it. You may have to use a brass punch on the bosses on the front pulley to get it moving. Once it's starts moving, you'll be able to spin it off by hand.
