Honestly don't know how many wreckers I have owned, still have 3, won't ever be without at least one. If you have more than one 5 ton, you need a wrecker if you do your own recovery. Plus they are chick magnets!

If you have the big canister filter on the truck already I would hook it up, it is a good water separator and if you want to only change the fuel filters on long intervals it can probably run 30-50k if you keep the water drained off.

Sorry wrong button
AjaxMd I have had 809 and 939 series trucks and have played with the tires. I personally think you would be better served by running 395's on 939 combat rims on all 6 spots. Little taller and the Goodyear 395's have a mean look and nice ride and will be available for a long...
Okay so at this point you should just remove the bed and start over, what type of work are you doing? More information helps us help you. But it sounds like you need an oilfield winch truck setup. This is easily built on the back of the wrecker. We have built many at the shop I used to work for...
Why are you removing the crane? You could mount the winches outboard and keep it. Also running them both mechanically would be cheaper but harder to balance than hydraulically driven which is the direction I have collected parts for.

Why not operate the two winches the same way, both PTO or both hydraulic driven? That would cure your differences in RPM. I plan on having 2 hydraulic 45k garwood on mine using the standard 936 rear winch controls.

Get a heavy duty strap and a fixture to hold the runflat up securely and a buddy with a backhoe to push it down while you tighten the strap. Then install them yourself.

What the problem is with what you have posted is it doesn't prohibit any off road vehicles from being used on road, that law just says it is not giving them permission to use the roads.
Nothing in this section shall be construed to authorize operation of an off-road vehicle on a public road...
Mississippi law allows all-terrain vehicles to be driven on public property on two conditions.
“You either have to have a valid driver’s license or you have to go to a safety course that is mandated by the state of Mississippi and federal government,” Lee County Sheriff Jim Johnson said. “(It’s)...
You can put it in between the passenger fuel tank and fender, I think will fit. Some trucks have them mounted there.
So how much for toolbox mods?

No straight vegetable oil is not going to clean anything, biodiesel is more than just a mixture of oil and alcohol, it chemically changes the oil when you make biodiesel.
