swap the Catperillar D-7155 Overdrive transmission into a M931

No not what I was posting about! The transmission won't fit goobers. Almost any medium and large truck motors will fit. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

swap the Catperillar D-7155 Overdrive transmission into a M931

The transmission won't fit in a M929,930, 931, 932, or any variants there of. The wheelbase is to short. Maybe the A2 because the engine is shorter and moves the transmission forward but Simp had to move his transfer case back and has a very short driveshaft. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

red's M119 camper and other uses

Good looking starting point, check out the the hubs for good grease and bearings, and if you have Dayton wheels and hubs make sure your wheels and tires are running true. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

    M923A2, serpentine belt problem.

The tension is set by the spring loaded belt tensioner and all you need to remove the belt is a long pull handle or ratchet, place it in the square drive hole on the spring loaded belt tensioner that's in between the alternator and fan pulleys and pull it back to loosen the belt enough that you...

    Manual CTIS control how to.

Why couldn't you just put the ball valves then the Tee then the regulators? Then you only need the same 2 valves. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

    Manual CTIS control how to.

So if I want to run different pressures front and rear just separate the front and rear lines and put a regulator on each of them and leave off the regulator before the valves. Correct? Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

Peter take the belt off and try to spin all of the pulleys by hand, they should all turn but the crankshaft by hand. As soon as I can I will send pictures of the belt on my trucks Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

    Cost of Water fording

Te they will probably flag you through most road blocks that will have only light flooding but you will be asked and asking lots of questions about how to get into where you are going. We have not left yet because of some factors out of my control but we will be given a route in and out when we...

M8xx series vs m9xx series off roading

Because off road is all about traction, if you take the tires out of the equation, the 809 will pull the hardest then 939, and 939A1, then the 939A2 but if you are talking about sand or mud the 939A2 will be better because of less weight on the front end and it will make a difference if you are...
