Have you thought about taken air lines off to the different components and seen if air is present. While u have them off, you can add a couple drops of air tool oil to the valves, etc..... This soldiers sat a lot of times and things get stuck or dry up.

make sure you leave the rear seal housing a little loose when installing the seal in the housing. If the housing is tight to block you can crack the seal housing when pressing in the seal. Plus it lets the seal self center on the crank.I use a little bead of high temp rtv between housing and...
if you don't have already. Pick up a non-contact infrared thermometer with laser targeting from harbor freight,etc.... You can stop and check temps on things( geared hubs,etc...) just my 2 cents. Take extra filters,etc....
I would check the fuel tank,in tank pick up pump. Make sure plate on bottom not loose and pickup hose is intact and not collapse. From there line to filters than to pump and return line back to tank
