Somebody asked me about mudflaps for the front tire, and I couldn't paste pictures into private messages, so I'll just make this post for everyone to see. Here are all the pictures of LMTV mudflaps that I've collected, in no particular order.

Here's what I did to get it apart. I used a chisel to break the band holding the old airbag to the metal collar. That let me pull the old air bag off to expose just the collar. I then used the chisel gently in the crevice between the collar and bottom cup portion, to tap/wedge/pry them apart...

Any other tricks to getting the bag off the lower mount? Mine won't budge.

The beadlocks should not be able to move inside the tires, not even close. If they could, they wouldn't be beadlocks.

Yes, in Colorado. It doesn't need a VIN to get a title and registration. (At least when I did it in 2016, and until I moved away a few months ago.)

My truck was titled and registered with just its military serial number. Maybe the mistake was trying to get the VIN assigned to it?

When I was on the road and had alternator problems (turned out to be a rodent-chewed excite wire), I just bought a small generator and used it to run the battery charger. I even drove 1000 miles with the generator running, strapped down in the bed.

I called Jeff, and the current price PP997900 air bag is $246/ea, 1-2 week lead time. The part number for the whole "combo unit" is PAS259. 10+ week lead time.

I don't think we've had [m]any other reports of cracked fan blades, so there very well may have been no "cause" do correct.

That website is the only place I've seen have any "info" on it. I vaguely remember looking around on that site more, and those 36"/60" numbers were also listed for another vehicle, so I wondered if they just copy and pasted.
