When my PPV diaphram took a dump and subsequently killed my CTIS , fan clutch soleniod and fan clutch, I unplugged the CTIS , replaced (fabbed) the torn diaphragm and all was good...but I chose to leave the CTIS unplugged and inflate the GY MVTs to 70 psi...the ride ,albeit slightly...
fabbed up a base plate/post as well as welded a HF ATV winch to my HF truck bed crane.. almost had a heart attack at the price of 5/16 steel plate and a 1 foot section of 4"x4" x.25 post ..over $100 !!!!
the problem I ran I to was no one makes just the diaphram let alone the entire PPV..sure Haldex makes a PPV that you need to "engineer" to make it fit... I lucked out

now mind you the truck has been running quite well after my venture into the...
this is the rubber diagram portion of my wet tank air protection valve...maybe this is the reason the fan runs continuously and the once working CTIS is throwing 5 blinking lights .. thoughts?
so..I went to lunch..returned to the truck to start the diagnosis... nothing...CTIS flashes all 5 modes lights... no building pressure..and the fan is continually on...at 165-ish degrees?...seems no air pressure to fan ?
Reviving and old.. thread..notice the whistle..CTIS seal leak ?… blinking HWY light, tires (4) aired to only 35psi... when I tires to engage the sand mode, all 4 CTIS light started to blink.. thoughts?
