OK, now I'm corn-fused. I received a call from some one who identified themselves as a GL employee and said I was high bidder on something that was put on hold pending de-mil review. I had assumed it was the LVS power unit I won because it was the only thing I had an EUC submitted on. Yesterday...
Thanks, yea, Stanley got my junk out of Jacksonville. He said another customer of his was looking to get a MK18A1 out of Albany and he was going to ask him about loading. I'll ask Sandcobra but I need to ask the GL person too.
I never got an email. They called me. She offered my money back or I could wait to see what the change was. I assume it's the same thing that is happening to the M923 series. She said it could be as long as 90 days but last time it took 20. I got a pretty good price so I said I'd wait for now...
Not sure how you can put a washer on each side of a bolt that threads into something else, :-P.
The nuts and bolts that came w/ my trailer were flanged, no washers were necessary.
Yea but all I got is a flat bed MK14 and a wrecker company that has been in there and loaded before. Frustrating because they take our money and you know if the problem was on our side they'd throw us into default in a heart beat.
Stop TRYING to do wheelies and stoppies, Monkeyboy! Actually the thing feels pretty tippy but is more stable as just a power unit then you'd think. I figure if it didn't nose in coming off the trailer w/ a front flat, you'd have to try pretty hard to tip it.
