I was able to get carparts.com to give me a discount after showing them how the parts came. They were all capa certified parts. The tailgate new cost me 116 after getting price adjusted which I'm happy about because around here a rust free tailgate is 300-400. Need a time machine to go back...

Getting the new fenders, hood and tailgate painted. Next time I spend a few extra bucks on the better grade replacement parts. Had to spend a few hours with filler fixing the dings from shipping.

Must be two different control boxes. My M1152 with 400amp alternator is massive. Can't even get to fuel filter.

My M1123 never does that on cold start. Is that something different with the turbo trucks? It does it for about 45 seconds after starting.

On my 2006 M1152 after starting for the first time, the voltage will surge up and down, but after about a minute it will stabilize. Could the voltage regulator be going bad possibly? Batterys are fully charged.

Purchased my 2006 m1151 on 4/29/22, EUC approved 5/24/22 and finally today SF97 appeared from FedEx 8-15-22.

So they put a relay for the glow plug on firewall? I do have a switch on the dashboard that I thought was for manual glow plug operation.

Originals are stickers. I just made mine with my vinyl cutter. My original back markings were painted over.

I flipped them to service lights on and had blackout light off. No lights still.

Shouldn't the headlights and turn signals work even if key isn't in ignition? I still have to change ignition key lock because I didn't get a key with the truck, so I couldn't move forward to see if it makes a difference.

I ended up getting 2" spacers. I have so many humvee wheels in my shop. I switched my m1152 from 12 bolt to 24 bolt, so I had an extra set.

When I repaint it I will pull the decal off and scan it. I can get them made if anyone wants one. I'm on the fence about keeping it the way I bought it from the USMC or repainting it in 383 Green. Its a cool looking truck with the safety tape on the sides.

You are correct! Followed air line to two tone horn in grille.

Found this relay added in. Would that be because the glow plug controller is missing. They did add a huge siren.

I got the truck direct from the USMC. They added the tank. The rectangle plug is for a glow plug controller? I've searched all tm's and can't find this plug on a wiring harness for dash.
