Open the distributor cap and test the different points mentioned in that troubleshooting part. You'll find out real quick what is wrong. Yep. On the frame behind this wheel. Probably a bit further forward than the axle. Take a wire wheel to the frame and you'll find it. If it is an M135, it should say something similar to M135/1234. The numbers after the M135, M211, etc. will be your VIN.

That is my understanding as well. The master cylinder I am replacing on my truck had a check valve in it. One off of a parts truck did not have one. The airpak does have a check valve and it was the seal in front of that, that was bad on mine. Not sure if it is because of doubled up check...

Did you find some belts for it yet?
