Get some 20 liter Euro Jerry cans off Ebay and the adapter that fits them. Adapter here: https://www.steelsoldiers.com/threads/jerry-can-fuel-pickup-adapter-and-hose-for-wavian-nato-cans.181889/#post-2229291
I got mine from atlanticbritish. Find the store, then search the store for a 4 can...
My M1101 and both LTT-HC generator trailers back up without brakes applying. Just need to ease into it. I wonder if your "Inertia Damper" shock could be defective. Part 12426 from Croft Trailer...

Good reference material. TM5-6115-465-34 has a good troubleshooting guide.
Regarding in-bed spare tire carrier: I used a bracket found on EBay. Search "Universal Trailer Spare Tire Mount fits ALL 4 5 6 8 Lug Stud Wheels Carrier RV" and am happy with results. I've changed my trailer tires to LT245/75R16 and the civilian tires fit in the bed quite well if you raise...
Check the TM for your machine. Operator's manual will describe all the nomenclature. Also, S1 may be labeled on the back of your control panel cover....mine is on my 803
Sorry, my 802 is located at my timber farm. If the worn wires were near the oil switch, it's a good bet that they should be connected there. Coolant gauge problems can be the gauge, the sender, the wiring connections. One of my coolant gauges had a lot of nicks in it...from operators tapping...
The red and black wires to the oil pressure switch should be connected. Here's a pic of mine before I added the extra wire: this configuration was too tight and vibrated loose.
TMs are here: https://www.steelsoldiers.com/threads/all-the-manuals-for-the-mep-802-5kw-generator-and-mep-803-10kw-generator.148871/
802 and 803 are very similar machines: that link looks like it has both sets of TMs.
My 802 vibrated so bad it broke the oil pressure switch wires. You may...
Look for loose wires in the control box area you were working in. Also, check this thread's posts 2 and 10: https://www.steelsoldiers.com/threads/mep-804-over-volatge.192930/
This TM will help with starting the machine: https://www.steelsoldiers.com/attachments/tm-9-6115-644-10-pdf.685995/

Search the Technical Bulletin for details on your machine for the Quad fuse install. I referenced the 805 above (from another...
I found my 803 is a little large for my home backup unless I'm running my clothes dryer but I'm more worried about damaging my equipment than calculating the per Kw cost to run a generator. With my camper and 802 it costs me $1/hour in fuel to stay warm and cozy on a cold night. And that's...
Read up on Wet Stacking of Diesel Engines: https://www.ckpower.com/wet-stacking-avoid/ and https://www.wpowerproducts.com/news/diesel-engine-generator-wet-stacking/ .
I was able to observe evidence of wet stacking my 802 in 65 hours of run time at around 20% load with my camper. I bought...
I think you click on the name of the person you want to PM (left side of thread) and click on 'Start Conversation'. I just sent a note to you. Let me know if it works.
Trailers appear to be the Extended LTT from Schutt (round lights) and Silver Eagle. Drawings of the Silver Eagle version here: https://www.silvereaglemfg.com/flatdeck-extended/
If so, 85.6" wide.
I clicked the 'Mark Read' at the beginning of the forum and everything became history. It's there, but it's old, not new, already read. Then new posts started appearing in brighter bold color. Also, there's a migration thread for posting questions...
Page 14 (18 of 88) in the Datcon manual: https://ecommerce.cadel.ca/img/media/DATCON.pdf
Googling 'datcon oil pressure resistance values' and clicking on the 1st hit will get you the manual. Then you need to search on '101574' in the manual.

I do not think you have the Quad Fuse installed.
Other TMs you will need...
