So this morning I get to thinking. When the GOVT rebuilt and preserved the Multifuel (mine in '92) and sent off in crate, has that engine been "run in" already to check all the necessary boxes that is is a "good" Engine? Would it be sent out into the field and then have to go...
After reading through that thread, Rusty Stud speaks about pumping oil through an Plugged oil port. Where would be the best port to feed to get oil where it needs to be before the start., minus the rockers which I can do independently.
I believe we had that happen to us when I fired up the old engine after sitting for 9 years. Surely be ready for it this time. Want all those parts that are new to each other to become friends nicely....not in a bashing kinda way! Thank you!

Happy Fourth Folks! I somehow managed to crack the shift shaft cover plate on the transfer case.. I've searched the net with no luck. Is there someone that can direct me to one? Thanks in advance! E

Reinstalling the short brake guide pins and trying to find the correct direction of these washers.. When removing them originally, some were one way and some were the other...The TM doesn't seem to state which direction. A or B??? Thanks
