    It's all 1/8th inch but I ordered from onlinemetals.com and most of the paperwork said thyssenkrupp when it arrived. It even came with certificates for every piece which is overkill for my usage.

    Reduced the long sticks of aluminum into something a little more usable and started laying things out. Lots of holes and screws.

    I had to add some thickness for the sliders... lots of layers. And put the final coats on this batch of panels!

    A few more things done... a small cabinet for more storage. Some more aluminum for a hold down for a portable toilet. And I got all the legs installed, bed is good and solid now! The mount has a lip to catch the other aluminum bar to help opening the storage space.

    I appreciate the compliment but there is plenty dust collecting... :ROFLMAO: I wish all this had taken place so quickly but it's been over a while. But I do admit to having new found enthusiasm with the weather becoming warmer and nicer overall. Tired of looking at piles of parts and supplies....

    Picked up more wood in bulk. Four 5 x 5 sheets made a lot of saw dust and ended up with more panels. The sanding, finishing or painting process continues. :oops:

    The slats are made of 1 x 3 Poplar that I picked up at Lowe's.
