Try a mist of WD40, etc. My truck had that issue and I ordered replacement valves. Then I saw a video where someone suggest getting a little lube down that long hard shaft. What do ya know? It worked and hasn't hissed at me in years. ;p

Saw a guy on FB that was running King 2.5 Smoothie Bypass. I think the Kings he ran were 21.25” compressed and 35.25" extended. Stock LMTV shocks are 20.94” compressed and 33.26” extended. No info on valving.
