Here is a picture of the atomizer you can see that it is all scuzed up, there is a small hole that the ether comes out of that was plugged, after soaking it in some solvent for awhile I was able to blast the gunk out with some compressed air.
I had the same problem with my 923 ether had no effect, I found that the atomizer (part that injects ether into the air intake) was completely pluged up with junk, this is probably what your problem is you just need to pull it off and clean it out there is a small filter that you should also...
Got the PTO mounted! Took me all day but its on there now. Just need to get the controls and the rest of the hydraulic system hooked up.
Big thanks to Glen at BFR for helping me get the parts.
NHC250 good heat
My M923A1 with the NHC 250 puts out great heat. Might check your heater (Green box pictured ) the fins on the mini radiator might be pluged up with gunk that would impede the transfer of heat.
Just a thought.

soonest i would be able to get out there again would be 8th so it will probably be smashed by then, but there will probably be another one there sometime.

I'm going to get one of these for my M923a1 and rig it up with a remote switch so I can turn it on from my computer up at the house so when I get to the shop it will be nice and warm.

Found that the problem with the ether was that the atomizer nozzle was completely clogged and the filter screen was full of bits of rubber. Only thing I need now to use it is a new bottle since the valve on mine is leaking pretty bad for some reason.
Still planing on coming out to your yard on saturday to find the right hard top.
Worked on the truck all day today since i had the day off of school, tried using the ether start but it seemed to have no effect, so i traced the hoses and found that the hoses going in to the orange thing in the...
Yep the extension is only used for getting it deep enough down the ramp to get the boat on the trailer then it comes off for towing down the road, so I'm just going to back the traler down the ramp untile it is almost touching the water and then chock the wheels lower the jack and set the...
