CT That looks great. My scoop style snorkel clogged with leaves on over grown trails. Function wise the mushroom top is the choice I'm going to use for my next set up. I noticed no performance gains what so ever with the scoop style. Also I need to develop ridged guard system to protect the...
I'm using the 395 xml's on HEMTTs. On pavement I run 50 psi, any less and she gets real tough to steer and my fuel mileage goes way down. Off road I run 10 psi.
You get used to the shake, I think it may be related to the increase in tires size and the feed back sent to the steering wheel because of it. An un balanced 40" compared to a 46-47 with be significant change and take some of getting used to even with your best effort to balance them. More so...
I agree, I didn't bother. My deuce won't get the tires spinning fast enough to need a balance. The tires also say right on them max speed 50-55 miles per hour for similar reasons. Also its so **** light in the ass end with no load your bouncing around anyhow. I noticed the ass end having...
its the same truck, the snorkel I'm re-working. I'm going to get it bent up out of large diameter exhaust pipe. The scoop I made clogged with foliage to easy, often it would trip the alert in the cab. I may mount the mushroom top on it but It dont look as good.
You know it, nothing breaks trail like a deuce. It just has style and belongs among the trees and mud.
I do some hunting and quading, prefer to be away from the city.
Everyman should own one.

I'm heading into get the safety inspection, I'll let you know how it goes. My truck will be insured for pleasure and have collector status. Used not for commercial. Because of it's weight I need the commercial inspection.
Get your truck, we'll have a fire and drink beer.
I bought this truck off of a Canadian guy, he imported it. I really don't know much about the process of getting it here.
Over the past year I've done a lot of work to this truck. A half restoration you could say. HEMTT Rims, 395 xml's, home made adapter plates, new paint, troop seats, new...
Been hard at work on my truck the progress continues.
I've got my HEMTT wheels mounted on, new soft top, painted interior, rhino lined the floor, new seats, and a new 3 color camo pattern paint job.
I bought a pair of these seats. I installed them just a couple days ago. After I removed the old seats, I moved the box that normally acts as the storage space under the drivers seat over to the passenger side and drilled 4 new holes in the floor. Also I cut a portion out of the front of the...
Thanks brother.
I really have a lot of respect for these trucks. Besides the respectable amount of history involved, I just plain enjoy being behind the wheel. Also I've made a bit of a splash in the 4x4 community here in the lower mainland, apparently nobody wheels these trucks.......I...
Had a great summer with the truck, made a few improvements and really put the old girl to the test..........she handled everything and asked for seconds.
I'll say it again, by far the best purchase I've made. People up here really get a kick out of this mean truck. It turns heads and they...
