Yeah I love the cowling as well. Apparently someone else did to cause that OH wasn’t cheap. It does have a complete set so it was worth it. The other OH with the tail boom sold for a lot less than what I thought it would.

Well I saw this one and just figured I needed another project. Also it gave me an excuse for a cross country road trip with my wife. Looks like it’s going to need a transmission but the odometer shows 18,000 miles. It looks pretty complete at least all the military parts are still there...
I recovered this Duce from Warner Robbins GA in 2009. It came with a vise passenger side front bumper. Figured it was a repair vehicle.

Unfortunately its going to need a bit more work before I'm at that point.
Looks like a starter and flywheel for sure. A/C compressor and alternator are gone as well as the radiator. They cut the oil cooler lines to get out. Very sad.
