Thought I'd share some pictures of our Fall M151 ride in WV. Overall the weather was very nice and we had an excellent time. Hats off to my friend Blake for planning the routes. We met up early after noon on 10/23 and headed back for home on the morning of 10/27.
Have you verified that the Master Cylinder is not leaking? Or, any of the wheel cylinders? Or, any other part of the brake systerm? Lines, fittings, etc.? When you apply the brakes, is the pedal holding or does it slowly make it's way to the floor board? How about your wheel bearing seals...
How did you adjust the brakes? Pretty sure the manual states to tighten the brakes until you can not turn the wheel by hand. Back off the adjuster 11 clicks. Did you do this?
I'd test the starter switch and see if it's working. Also, did your mechanic set the float level properly? How about the fuel pump? Are you getting good pressure to the carb?
Hello. Per my PM back to you, if you (or someone else) can provide a tracing of the gasket from the part, we can scan that and create a dxf file for our router. Maybe use a heavy paper and a accurate tracing and I think we'll be business.
