*Update* The Cover on the Starter was loose, so were the 2 Bolts. I have a suspicion it’s all been loose for a long time. There’s some oil inside just past the cover and one of the Bolts was bent. I’m assuming the sparks were seen because the cover was lose. A New Starter (from Car Quest) was...
