Check your torque converter mounting bolts to the flex plate, OR/AND check for a cracked flex plate, the big unbalanced tires WILL shake the truck apart but NOT the engine, a flex plate issue will, I do not believe this issue has anything to do with someone either loosing or not tightening...

NEVER use a NOS seal, at least in my opinion, because it may be new, still in the packaging, BUT it may be OLD, how old that is a ????, for example some 5T seals could be from the early 50s, a old seal drys out, not very flexible, even after install and use, the seal NEVER comes back to its new...

Look REAL good at the offending hub and tires, look for WHY the cracked stud, just old age to bad/pitted bearing, cupped tire, hit a major hole at speed, there is 100 & 1 reasons for a cracked stud, TRY to find out the reason for your cracked stud, then FIX it

ON the m1070, the trolley winch runs faster then the 55k drag winch reals out, keeps both cables tight, does not seem to hurt the trolley winch, the hyds. just pull down, I was was going to mount a HET trolley winch on top of Swiss's drag winch on his m62 but the owner came up with a use for it...
