Here in the northeast these systems are very easy to come by and are sitting unused but serviceable in many a place.

I know at least one person in Vermont with a complete Fisher Speedcast setup for sale, and another whom is a member here and if I recall has everything but the blade.
If it’s a prototype, I’d hope it would be stored indoors or cared for better than always sitting outdoors exposed to the elements. That looks like a static display to me.
