So I got the wiring figured out. Set on 120v only Black L1 white L2 green frame. it will run small tools but will not run my craftsman 30 gallon 120v. All it does is drop the breaker. You would think it would be powerful enough to run it.

Yeah I already switched the switch in the control box. I'm getting 120v at l1+2. I also excercised the breaker and it's working fine now. I read the manuals some time ago and remembered they were horible. I'm gueing my wires are white-L1 black-L2 green- ground stud on genset. is this correct?

Cool thanks. Do I need any jumpers to run 120v only? Also what color wires goes to which lugs?

Forgot to write this: I omed out the breaker and it seems to be working fine.

1) I want to run 120v only. Do I need to make any jumpers inside the genset? 2) why Am I getting voltage at the lugs when the genset is on and breaker is off?

Does anyone remember the thread where the guy cut down m101 fiberglass side so they fit in the stake pockets of his cucv? I can not find it anywhere.

Ahh figured it out. I forgot somebody before me set it to 3 phase and I had a brain fart. Admin can delete this thread.

The breaker is on and I'm getting voltage at the lugs. Can someone help me with the diagrams. It shows its m5 but I'm kinda lost after that.

I gave up on mine. Not worth putting any more time into it. I was given a mep002a that I'm currently working on. Much better generators.

Yeah they suck.

It's worth about $500 instead of 2k. For the "banks" name they could have put together a better turbo system.
