https://bandmmilitarysurplus.com/ Sarge, try B&M Military Surplus. They have an M246A1 for sale, along with some other wreckers, and they may have parts. Also try Memphis Equipment Co. They also may have what your looking for. 901-774-0600
Mike, I spied an M810 last year on GP in Michigan. The truck didn't run, but was complete and clean right down to the seat upholstery. The only ugly spot was the right side front fender and bumper. Several very nice entrants this month, and one hard decision.
Quaker, those hinged mud flaps are a giveaway that this is an early truck, I think 1951 was the first year. The speedo is in MPH & KM/H with 42,618 on the odometer. This is a later model speedo, and 42,616 are a fair amount of miles. I would like to see how many miles were on the original...

Chris, in the States Volkswagen marketed the 181 as the "Thing". This 1974 edition is leading a 4th of July parade. I think VW marketed the car here for about 4 years, almost all were soft tops but I do recall seeing a few hard tops. Due to scarcity, the nice ones bring a good price......about...
Some people use Red Loctite in the wrong place and for the wrong reasons. On my PTO studs I use white Permatex thread sealant. Keeps those little leaks from happening, and I've never had a PTO stud back out. Glad you got yours taken care of.
