I was working on deuce wipers and somehow lost the brass piece that connects the wiper (outside the cab) to the threaded post that comes from inside the cab. It has teeth on it that the wiper slides over. I can’t find that little part or even exactly what it is called. Any advice would be...
I ordered a new water pump and radiator hoses (may as well replace hoses while it’s taken apart) from Boyce. Everyone at Boyce is super helpful and friendly and they definitely know their stuff. The removal process took me about four hours because I had no idea what I was doing. Now that I’ve...
It took a while, but I figured it out. For anyone else looking for information, here are the steps I followed.
Brush Guard Removal
Remove 2 bolts toward middle of brush guard. Loosen 2 bolts securing bottom of brush guard (these don’t have to be completely removed). Pull top of brush guard...
Greetings! I have coolant flowing out of my weep hole below my water pump, behind the fan blade. I presume I’ll need to replace the water pump. Lost one of the two belts. Looks like it wrapped around the fan and kept it from spinning, then coolant was spraying everywhere. What TM covers water...
I haven't had the truck long, but has always idled a little fast.
Every once in a while when I rev up the engine a couple of times at a stop light it will slow down to around 10,000 RPMs. That makes me think something is sticking and gets loose when I rev the engine.
I changed the fan...
Thanks all. Hand throttle was the first thing I checked. I might have been to embarassed to admit if that was the issue. I'll let you know what I find from the other suggestions. Saturday is my day to play with my truck and its supposed to be sunny. Can't wait!
My M35a2C is idling a little fast at around 1500 to 1700 RPMs. Any suggestions for a diagnosis and quick fix? I tried a number of different search words to find an existing answer with no luck. Many thanks my friends!
Any updates on MV bills for GA? Are there any laws/codes on the books presently or is this the first effort? Is anyone championing this in the current legislative session? Thanks!
Just rec'd my GA Title. Yippeee! Thought I'd never get it. Went to county courthouse with SF97, transfer letter from GL, VIN Verification form filled out by an LEO, Bill of Sale and Proof of Insurance. No problems. Title arrived in 2 wks.
At this point I wonder if I am better off to try to get the SF97 changed or to try and get my VIN verification done by an LEO and convince him the VIN is both numbers. One or the other has to match to get my state title. Suggestions, anyone?
Many thanks!

mkcoen, i appreciate your input and agree everyone needs to read their policy and understand it for themselves, but I am not an insurance agent nor am i afilliated with any insurance companies. I have in fact found that the agent you get has a great deal to do with your experience. There are a...
I would add that I've found it really depends on your agent. Some agents just look at it and if it will be hard and you are not a regular customer of theirs, they don't want to mess with it. If one agent tells you something different than you've read on SS, check with another in a different...
I have Progressive commercial. Policy was written about 45 days ago. Went through an underwriter at Progressive. My agent is actually a Travelers agent, but can write policies with other companies. $380/yr no limitations. I have no points on my DL and am in GA. Maybe that has something to...
Most insurance co's are expensive ($750-$1200/yr in GA) or won't insure at all once they know it is 13,400 lb. vehicle. When I considered the options of lying about it being garage kept or not disclosing what the vehicle really was I decided it wasn't worth losing my house because I hit someone...
