I have the LT plenum and #1,3,5 injector lines off. Stuck on #7 as I can’t seem to get the crowfoot & wrench on from a LT attack position. Really would like to avoid having to remove the RT plenum and even numbered lines just to get #7 off.
Ordering replacement body mounts now.

I’m following TM sequence to service LH valve cover gasket. Plenum crossover and LH manifold must come off in sequence so as to not bend injection lines.

Regulator failed on the road today. I was fortunate to make it to my destination on battery.
Q: suggestions on where to source this regulator? New/NOS pricing seems to vary $600-$900ish which IMO is pretty dear for a voltage regulator.
Scored an aftermarket rear shaft from a local community member. The shaft was a bit odd with a small flange 10k size plunge joint hub side and a 12k hub side joint. Works fine. We’ll see how it holds up.
Curious if anyone has cross reference the 12k joint parts to commercially available sub components. I saw a post for the 10k but not the 12K.
Noticed GKN is one of the suppliers for the small flange 12k shafts. Maybe I’ll look at their documentation…
Pulled the shaft apart this afternoon. 2/3 rollers came off the cross inside the hub side joint. The cross and joint housing are a bit galled.
looking for a few shaft now or at least a donor inner joint.
Galvanic corrosion is bad enough on the armored trucks. Stainless on aluminum will be worse unless real care is taken with mitigation. Think non conductive sleeves, washers and plastic sheeting.
