IF you have serial #s and pictures of the markings Carnac has a thread where he can ID vehicles and tell units/groups etc.
It may take a little searching to find though.
haha sounds good. I wish I was working (going to be in amarillo visiting the girlfriend)..... I would stop and say hi.
Y'all be safe and dont speed through any of the small towns around here....they are ALL speed traps (It makes me glad that I work for the county vs a city)
especially these...
If you get one from rillo let me know, Im about an hr or so SE of town on the highway....If you have any issues or want to grab a bite to eat let me know.
Also who are you looking to buy from? bambam (rickey)? (he has A LOT of deuces for sale)
welcome to the site!!!
I go to Ft Sill fairly often to pick up LESO items....I am straight west of you just over the state line.
I was actually there a few days ago picking up some industrial freezers from the old chow hall on the east side of the base.
we love our HMMWVs (sheriffs office)...its much easier to take the HMMWV to fires and riverbed patrol vs using our $30,000 expeditions...the taxpayers like the decreased repair cost as well (we get all parts through LESO vs damaging our normal patrol vehicles)
The way I see it, if it helps us...
We (sheriffs office) has two and we LOVE them....there is no cost for parts (get them all through leso for free like the HMMWV) and I do most of the work since I have the green disease.
there shouldn't be a higher cost for repair maint...all of the parts are available through LESO. If you dont...
