    Spindle bushings replaced.

If I were doing it, I'd just slide it over the axle to make sure it was the correct one and slap it in, then go. But I only drive about 10 miles a trip max, so it will last me forever.

    Spindle bushings replaced.

depends on the size and material of the bushing. .001-.002 is usually fine for a Oil-lite bushing. The Machinest should know that as there is a industry standard chart for common bushings. But I dont know what type of bushing you got. Im assuming you are talking about the bushing ID After its...

What is this part? / What fluid goes here?

Thats a Viscosity chart. we can add corn syrup to that chart too. Gear oil and motor oil are similar but have different additives for different applications, such as foaming, rust preventative, stickiness, for gears, then there are detergents for engine oils, etc.

Vent Hose and What Else to Check?

Vent Hose and What Else to Check?

steal one of your wife's canning jars, run the truck down the street a few times, then set the vent hose end half way into the jar and let it idle a few minutes into it. If you have big problems, you'll have a lot of moisture in the jar. The engine Must be up to temp to do this properly. If...

    Injector sound vs. valve sound

so does mine. It has been like this since Ive owned it for years. It quiets up quicker in the summer and I run 15-40 in it. I dont think it would be something wrong with the injector/s if it runs perfect like mine. Hell mine runs so good, I drove it for probably a year without a in tank pump. hahaha
