After many PMs on fb, here is what i did for cruise control. You will need CAT ET to configure it correctly. Switches i used came out of a junk freightliner M2 truck and fit good in the square switch holes, but you need a on/off and a 3 position momentary switch. Also need 3 pins to plug in...
Wiper arms, Mack truck # 82281459. Comes with washer nozzle and hose, uses regular automotive wiper.
Battery box rubber hold downs, Napa # WJ195. Little smaller than factory but they work.
Water/fuel seperator, Napa # 3838. Longer, better micron rating and gets rid of the pos screw on plastic...
I think the part number your looking for is Airsource # 1513 binary switch, this switch has low press and high press on/offs in the same switch. The green switch is the engine fan switch, Air source # 1446.
Need freon charge capacity and what wire numbers need to go in what pins on the ecm? Does the ecm need to be configured in any special way using cat et?
Does any one have a copy of the instructions for the ac kit in the MK23s. Just purchased a truck and previous owner installed the kit, looking to make sure wiring is correct before i start tearing into it more. Thanks
So i have some hub seal problems? It only blows air out said tubes when deflating the tires. One would think it would do it when inflating also, i dont think it does inflating then. I have never had a hub apart so i may be wrong?
Where is the CTIS suppose to dump air when it is deflating the tires? I have seen air come out the same hose as the #1 post picture by radiator, and also out of a large tube behind the cab by the trans fill tube were other vents are. Is this correct operation?
Ill see if i can get one this week. They are almost the same turbo but the ht is a updated version, exhaust housing options, flows about 300cfm more air and the compressor outlet is v-band. I have used the 3b numerous times for cheap 12v twin turbo builds, they make good power for what they are.
Yea sounds like a need a button also. I added a HT60 turbo and then checked my rail pressure. My rebuilt pump had about 165 psi, with a 32 button. I adjusted it at the throttle shaft to 195, throttle response is better, but only 800egt @15 psi boost max no smoke at all. I think iam gonna go...
This is what i started with. Mainly used for pulling out farm equipment, used the rear pto winch for a while until i cracked the housing on it, winch cable broke while pulling out a 60k lb cotton picker buried to the axles. Ripped everything off that was not needed put a hyd 45k winch on the...
