The housing will work, but from small to big cam there is a modification to one of the bolt holes in the hsg, just gotta make it bigger to clear the cam plug. I have a jig...

Can't change a small cam to a big cam. Big cam engine and small cam engine are two different animals. I guess you wouldn't necessarily have to do a fuel pump on it, if you don't mind alot of black smoke on accelereation! No timing changes. You can still put jakes on it, just use the rear 2 heads...

See if you can find a place to steam it real good, then run it. My leaks weren't as bad as I thought, only the oil filter can gaskets and a small leak at the # 1 cyl. head gasket vent. Only leaks a little if I let it idle too long.

RE: fittings... Flare fittings? Do they look like a brake line on the end going into the brass 90?. If not, maybe just regular 1/8 in. pipe thread. The other end looks like just a #4 or #5 aeroquip or stratoflex, swivel.

I bought new door weatherstrip from Memphis, they are still soft. They will most likely have the front window seals too, but they tend to be kind of expensive

Both of mine are hard. Saturn, and a few others, sell the OEM seals. Why won't the original ones, that are new work?

2320-209-34-2-1 pages 2-138 thru 2-143 should do it. .010 intake, .025 exh. It's easy, but you should have 2 people, one to watch the overhead and the other to bar it over...not much room up front to put a socket on the damper, or you could do it by yourself.

Oh man, That looks like too much fun! Beautiful trucks that WORK! All of the areas that look like that out here on the w/coast are on fire. I am truly envious of all within driving distance the rally. How come nothing like this happens out here?
