I may be an exception. I think the customer service w/GL has been outstanding. Two different guys returned my calls as promised. One guy even called me on my cell phone to let me know that my paid in full invoice was sent to my email. Another guy called me to let me know exactly my credit card...
I tried acetone. It removed the glossy finish left by the brake cleaner and got most of the paint off. However if you know what you're looking for, you can see it. Oh well time for some paint.
This way GL can collect interest while you wait on your EUC's. Now that is thinking, plus you don't have to wait around for them to bill you out. I just waited 6 days from EUC approval to actual charging of my card
Yah looks like that is the new way of doing things. Once you win they charge you before EUC's go through and the invoices will only be available on GL's website. No more emailing them. I think the invoice thing just changed on Wednesday of this week

RE: Re: RE: Which oil do you use?
Rotella T 15/40 in my Dodge Cummins for the past 8 years. Plan to do the same w/the deuce I just picked up and brought home today
Outstanding!!! Mine was exactly 20 days to PAID IN FULL invoice. Mine was first as well. Pick up my deuce tomorrow. Wish me luck, it will be a solo recovery. I'll have to leave my car on base while I drive my truck home. Then catch a ride back to base to get my car. No one wanted to wake up...
