In this configuration I get between 9 & 10 mpg at 2200 to 2300 rpm's and the trailer is always along. That translates into 50mph highway on straight diesel. I've taken the front rear axles out to free up the rears and run 60 psi in the front and 55 in all other tires including the trailer.

I know this isn't what you want to hear, but you'll never pass the Class B CDL Air Brake test with your truck. You must have a truck with the correct brake system needed to complete the test as required by the Federal Govt.. The Feds are the ones that set up the minium requirements for CDL...

During my Vietnam Era tour we only ever had vehicles from GSA that were Gray with the 'Offical Use Only' & 'Interagency Motor Pool' in Black lettering and the GSA seal on the doors along with the Blue & White Govt. Plates. Anything larger than a 1 ton came from one of the other services.

I used flat white enamel primer in spray cans for all mine and have had no problems over GCI, and that's been done 5+ years.

Let it cure.... The older style enamels like GCI need time to 'cure' before any additional paint markings are added. The recommended cure time is 30 days, but I've heard of folks getting away with it in two weeks. My dad use to help speed the cure process by running cold water over smaller...
