All bolts and nuts on a deuce are SAE. Get a good set of standard and deep well sockets in 3/8 and 1/2 inch. Also, get a set of 1/2" impact sockets and a good 1/2" impact wrench.( and a good air compressor if you don't already have one). You will be glad you did.

What are you going to haul in the bed? An M60 tank? You will probably lose at least 10-15 hp per axle with a corresponding loss in mileage.

Yea, you get a longer bed than an M105 but the load is reduced by a bit since the deuce bed weighs more.

What you must remember is that the fuel in a diesel is ignited by compressing the air to the point where it is hot enough to ignite the fuel. If the block is cold, it can actually absorb the heat in the compressed air to the point it isn't warm enough to ignite the fuel. Quick and easy fix...
