Anybody come up with a bearing retainer cover for the winch?
On the Duece winch there is a drum lock on the passenger side of the winch. The little tab that turns to unlock / lock the winch hub. Anyone have a winch apart that coud post a PIC of the parts?
Here is the E-Mail response I got on the M2HB kits.
Kit form $795......$18 S&H
Assembled and painted.....$995 plus S&H.
Thanks for your interest.

RE: diesel engine in m37
What about a hercules out of a forklift. I have found a running non smoker for $500. Will still need a bellhousing and maybe an OD trans. I have been told that they have a different fuel system. Anybody here know about the fuel system or if it can be altered for...
The tag inside says 2 1/2 ton. I think it is for a 800 or 900 truck. This one is kinda rusted and beat but I have another one in better shape. Originaly thought about cutting it down but I am trying to work a deal for a soft that will fit. It is about 6" too wide on both sides which works...
Look at the top half of my muffler in the above pic's. The Napa muffler really, really helps with the sound but the can is open in the top middle section and will burn the paint from the heat. I had found another style that was a little shorter and fatter at a muffler shop that I thought about...
Have you changed the filters? Make sure the in tank pump is running and pumping. Open the vent on top of the filters and turn on the master switch. You should ber a good flow of fuel with the power on ans valve open. If that is ok then you might be pulling air into the fuel system.
No, I get 5 ton combat wheels from time to time and really want to run the tires tubless. I made wider rims from stock but after mounting the tire, tube, and flap they will not balance. Would be really simple to mount tubless beadlocks and go.
If I had some way to balance it here at the house I could. Right now I have to take it to a truck tire place; I will soon wear out my welcome. I know the rims are close but the tires are way out. The wheels still have the weld plate from the dish I cut out so it could be cut to balance...
The tire guy suggested 1 quart per tire. 32 ounces. I have never run liquid in tires used on road. It does not get that cold here but I have had tractor tubes cut due to ice before.
I am running tubes. I can't think of anything small enough to get inside the valve stem. The liquid idea seamed like it might have some possibility. A lot cheaper than the balance beads and it will do the same thing other than a mess if I have a flat, I don’t see any negatives. Kind of...
OK, I went to super singles on the deuce. I took a stock rim and added 3” to the outside of the rim to make a 10” rim. Spin balanced the rims and added weight, steel plate welded to the rim, to balance the rim. I Mounted Michelin 15.5 / 20’s with heavy tube and flap on the rims. Ran one...
