A suggestion for glass seals that will hold up forever... Rather than taking them apart and replacing the seals you can do the following with the glass in place. Cut the overhanging seal away from the glass and sheet metal frame... Clean the glass and frame, repaint, etc Tape both the glass...

That window was a tuff deal... You can not reshape auto glass, its tempered. CL will custom make anything you want... You just have to pay for it... They have a window that is almost identical to a stock deuce window but 4 times the size... its not the look I wanted...
