I think reverse should be 220 psi and F1 etc should be 140. The fact that you have reverse means the pumps are working. If line pressure drops to nothing when engaging F1, pressure is escaping somewhere in the clutch packs or band servos.

Ruh ro, I just reread your post and noticed the two asterisks, meaning two additional digits, the early gas truck serial numbers never had that many digits. You will need to find the frame serial number and report back for a revisit.

Looking at your pictures, I think you have the trouble-prone second generation PDP with the no-lead solder. Suprman knows a lot about these, I don’t. These boards have been known to have bizarre intermittents like you describe.

Sounds like intermittent connections over on the LBCD under the spare tire. 12 and 24 volt battery cables from the disconnect solenoids lead to this box and can be corroded at the ring terminals.

Was the torque converter still full?

Suggest you carefully verify all the connections associated with the transmission power relay. Maybe the controller is powered off with the ignition on and on with the ignition off. Also, the STE/ICE will not help you with this issue, it only provides very basic engine diagnostics such as...

Are you saying the transmission warning light is ON while the ignition is OFF? The transmission controller should be unpowered when the ignition is off. Suggest you still have issues in the relay area.
