Suggest you get a fire hose and flush the two frame rails out. Right now there is still mud and salt inside the rails which will cause corrosion. USMC has issues with this when fording from landing craft.

Suggest you pressure wash this truck stem to stern twice. Then spray components like the engine computer and alternator with something like WD40, there are better sprays available for protection however.
