Mine does this also after a hard day @ freeway speeds... (well, 55mph anyways) ...it does leak from the head gasket area on the right side mostly. As soon as it's a bit warmer I'll try to re-torque the head down. It doesn't lose much oil, just enough to look like a mess! Hopefully the re-torque...
Line-x is dry after an hour or so of having it applied. Very uniform coating and lasts longer. I think it's 400 bucks or so for a pick-up truck bed. Most of the rhino jobs I've seen are very runny and not an even coat.
My kids and I run music through our intercom system in my deuce. I couldn't imagine how loud the music would have to be to be heard normally in a deuce @ highway speed!! :roll: But, my CUCV...that could be an option for camping trips and such!! [thumbzup]
I'm trying to get that time off, I'll post up when I know for sure. Not sure if I want to drive the M35 that far, but maybe I'd scoot along in the M1009. However, if there are other "speed limited" vehicles in the convoy, maybe the big rig wouldn't slow anybody down! :)

When my relay went bad, I used a ford relay to replace it. It's the same function. Are you replacing it because your vehicle will be a show vehicle? I went with a ford relay because the relay carquest was trying to sell me would have needed me to change all the connections over to the "plug"...
