Well, my plan wasn't to go with the 200A alternator system, it was to mount the regular alternators in the 200A mounts.
I can get all the dash side AC stuff done, that's not a problem. It's the brackets on the engine that are concerning me because there just aren't any around here that I can...
Does anyone know where there is an M1010 Ambulance being parted out? I am specifically looking for the air conditioning and dual alternator brackets from the front of the engine. I am going to try to add AC to my 1009 and I think this would be the easiest way to go about it.

First time EUC, sent to Battle Creek on March 27th, invoiced on April 22nd.
Total time was 3 and a half weeks (26 days) from submission to Battle Creek to invoice. This would be 19 business days.

While paper TMs are nice, you can DL the PDF versions from this site for free. Bonus feature of that is you can search the PDF for specific words or phrases to cut down your search time.

Actually the CUCV glow plug system doesn't receive 24V if it is working properly so it will work pre or post conversion.
From what I understand, the Powerstroke GPR has heavier contacts and is rated for a longer 'on' cycle than the GM equivalent... this equates to a longer time before the...
Supposedly the Powerstroke relay (GPR-110) is the last relay you will ever buy... or so I've heard from several 6.2 owners.
They are both civvie applications, so they are designed to work with 12V systems, so I would anticipate no issues with a 12V start system conversion.

235/85-16 Load Range - E or 245/75-16 Load Range E for the pickup/ambulance
31x10.50-15 for the M1009
There is a rod that runs down the top of the column to the actual electric switch on the top of the column under the dash. That rod is probably bound up somehow and preventing the lock cylinder from moving.
I'd check there first.
