I am in need of the pipe that connects the turbo to the flex pipe on a deuce, does anyone have one, or know where to get one used? I looked on Saturn Surplus' site, and they have them, but for what it costs, I can deal with some fumes and an exhaust leak..
Sounds to me like the reason he got you was the 30,000# weight. Bump that back down to 26,000 pounds, and you shouldn't have any more problems. By tagging it for that much, you put yourself into commercial territory, and also CDL territory.
I don't know if it would work, but on car tires I've had luck with wrapping a come-along around the tread and tightening it up to balloon the bead out some. Then take it off when you get the bead to seat.
As far as I know, the Military considered them to be non-directional.
I personally think they should be mounted like a standard directional tire, with the "V" facing forward. I'll try to find a pic.
