Another question, in the parts cross reference, there are two different listings for a lower radiator hose, which one is it? They reference the same NSN#, which one is correct?
7759 or 20611?
Medlog, thank you for providing this service for all of us.
I just won a m35a2 out of Montgomery AL, hopefully you can provide some insight based upon the limited amount of info I have.
NSN# 2320-00-077-1616
Identification# NK-8085-0125-33415
It also says overhauled on 11.86 with this number...
Offroad: Thanks for the offer, I really appreciate it. I will be getting in touch with you when GL decides to grant me permission to go get it.. lol
Neil: I live in a little town called Weaverville, about 10 minutes outside of Asheville. Thanks! I just hope it runs as good as it looks..haha
Thanks for the reply, much appreciated.
Recovry4x4, thanks for the info, I had no idea the cross reference was there. I've been reading the "great list" for a bit, and have based my list off of that, with a few additions "just in case".
So I won a deuce out of Montgomery AL, and am going to pick it up when my EUC clears. I've been trying to gather as much information as I can, since this will be my first deuce. One question I have, is that in my searches around here, I have found two part numbers for the Alternator belts, a...
That was my basic idea as well Jake, as for why these motors don't seem to last all that long, they spend a lot of time idling, and not much time actually working. If you were to drive one pulling a load everyday somewhere that was a constant run, they would probably last much longer.
Has anybody been down there and looked at the trucks coming up there? Or could somebody go and look if I give you lot numbers? I finally sold my old project car, and am going to try to pick one of these trucks up if they're decent, but that's a bit of a drive for a preview.
Thanks for the reply, I guess in that light now I'm glad I got out bid.. Just so you know, I'll give you your money back on that deuce.. lol Just kiddin.
Cool :D Thanks for the help fellas. Hopefully I'll get it, and bacome a First time MV owner..
EDIT: BTW, did anyone happen to preview the trucks at Richmond VA?
Thanks for the reply maddawg. I know that a preview is best, but I was looking around last night and saw it, and thought "what the heck, that's a pretty good looking truck, I'll toss in a kinda cheap bid and see how it goes".
