A different project and paint question?

Here is the photoshop of a similar car in green. Just an FYI, the USAF used sports cars like Mustangs and Camaros as chase cars for the U-2s. They were probably strata blue though, not OD. Later, Joe

    m116 trailer tires

That's a 101A2 based trailer with the surge brakes and 8 lug axles. As stated before, same as a 70s - early 80s Chevy 3/4 or 1 ton. Tire size should be 235/85-16 or 245/75-16 Later, Joe

    BO and other lights

I'm not 100% sure on the 880 series, but on the regular M series, the way it works is: BO Drive turns on the BO Markers, BO drive light and Instrument lights. It also allows the BO stop lights to function. BO Marker is the same as the BO Drive, but without the BO Drive light OFF does not...

Pics of my rig new here and part number question!!!

Hose the spindle nut area on top where the keyway is with brake cleaner and you should be able to see the key inside. That should let you figure out how to remove it (it is only held in there with friction). The NAPA part number for the lock nut kit is: Item#: BK 6301654 Price: $17.99 Same...

    HMMWV titling question

I was looking at the project for sale in this section but decided to make a new topic rather than take his off topic. Does anyone know how you go about titling a 'homebuilt' HMMWV? What I mean is, a HMMVW that someone assembled from parts acquired from multiple sources. Colorado talks about...

Pics of my rig new here and part number question!!!

According to the TM (I originally thought that was a piece of locking hub, but stand corrected....) This is the style nut used on the early 1984 CUCVs before VINs ending with F136196. To remove it according to the -20TM (Page 439 in the PDF) you insert a #4-40 screw into the end of the key...
