Yea you would need a different 2 output PCU and wiring, or add a Y gate solenoid to switch the LMTV single channel PCU output between the front and rear systems.
have thought about this as an option to my manual control system if needed, but my build goal is to try and balance the axle...
My reason for betting on K11 being the path that causes the short, is that when K11 energizes with the ignition sw, it provided power from CB77 to the start switches. One of those switches is down on the passenger frame rail/out in the weather. If the wiring has been damaged or the sw has...
Pull relay K11(alt excite) and K26(neutral start) and see if it still pops CB77. If it doesn't pop 77, re-install one relay at a time and see which one pops CB77...
need a direction to follow. My money is on K11 providing the short circuit path:)
Yea thats not the right p/n for the 3116 pump…
There are at least 2 pumps used on the 3116. The standard highway version and the Agricultural version. Not sure if the marine version uses a different WP. I believe the 7AG in our s/n denotes this as an AG engine.
The pumps rear housings bodies...
About any 7” headlight can be made to work. Mine had none, i started with basic P6 halogens from the parts store at first then shifted to some halo ring leds. Common jeep part, so lots to choose from. You will need yo make some adapter pigtails from the 1/8” female banana plug ends on the...
Yep, thats why I am not concerned building my habitat out of steel like a ships hull(1/8X3 ribs, 14ga skin). The cab and chassis curbs at ~14.8K i removed a few hundred in the tire crane and lift bars, and am moving much of the mid structure(arch and tire) to the rear so I am starting a...
yea not sure how the 1/2" less travel will effect anything, if at all. I have not analyzed how the stock travel length overlaps the bump stop and projected spring down travel...
I suspect they will work OK.
yea somewhere near the tank height. Those might be purely inductive units. if they have a float, it is inside the aluminum tube assembly. made by isspro...
Yea the closest I have come to viable is a class 6-7 Monroe truck shock, but it is 1/2” less travel than a stock A0 shock. I did come across some class A RV shocks, but have not done any research on them yet…
I talked to Rancho at one point and although they made some of the appropriate...
Sorry no pics, looks a little like a fat T fitting Or 2way check valve. Input is in the middle output to left and right actuators are out the sides opposite each other. It has a large vent port opposite the input port. Mine is mounted with the input coming in from the top.
mine is at the...
