The directions for the flares say 1" on the front and the rear. I was closer to 1.5"...
My truck actually is a little higher in the rear than it looks in that picture... but I'm still building out the back.

Mike, the only issue I really had was the flange at the manifold. They required some grinding to seat properly on the doughnut do to the spacing of the studs in the manifold. This second kit took much less grinding than the first one so I can't say how much is needed. I reused some of the...

When I ordered from ORD for my springs.... can't say for the shackle because I replaced it and it already went to the scrap yard.
