Grind the V frame hitch off, Looks like the original nose is under it. Spend 50 bucks for an adjustible channel and lunette Weld it on the front. It works great for my needs.

1/4 of a 105 trailer cut and weld the front back on Long enought for a seat and foot room stake sides and a drop down ladder.
