I bought mine last summer from PcTrans if my memory serves me correctly. I need to track down the pieces that the spring clips attach to on the grill some time. I used a black rubber floor mate from time to time, but the cover looks authentic. I like the pizza box idea.

ULSD is required for newer diesel engine's. My 6.0 loves the ulsd. I run ulsd and add a gallon of new transmission fluid each tank. It looks red but it's not dye. I think transmission fluid help clean and lubricate. Here is a picture

Just a thought you might weld a bolt in to the plug. I would be nervous about heating the plug from the inside.

I would check or replace the sending unit on the temperature gauge. Sending unit next to blue hose on left. Wipers run off air the valve is under the three way switch. Little knob turn and you should hear air going through.

New DOT 5 looks purple, old DOT looks like yellow. Little red things floating around contaminet. I was so happy i picked up another gallon of DOT 5 at the GA Rally

Great idea, any concern about the vacum on the air filter housing though? Any one done this modfication?
