I love MERDC, I'm thinking about redoing the M109A3 (currently MERDC but needs repaint bad) and maybe the M52A2 would look cool that way. That 880 looks nice, but looks a tad taller than stock :)
What happeneded to Todd Haley, I sent him an e-mail a while back and still ain't heard from him. Ain't seen him on any of the web forums G503 or anything.
Fred, I like the OD painted CB radio :) [thumbzup]
Y'all gonna be hating them heaters if'n ya gotta do any work to the injection pump....ask me how I know LOL
Okay, I thought I had every manual known to man but I guess not  Which timing mark am I supposed to use for the 1D engine?? The books I have tell which mark is which for every motor but the 1D
You'll be happy with your new 1009. I've never been a Cheby guy but had a 1009 that was my daily driver for a long long time. Nice drivers that's for sure.
Sadly Kenny I think you're right it was Naglich. Bjorn, thanks for the offer, I might just take you up on that to have another spare laying around to play with.
Here's the story on what I'm working on. A few years ago I bought a M109A3, it has a brand new never run Tooele rebuild. The guy I...
A while back I saw them NOS on somebodys surplus site. Any idea who it was that had them, they were about $100. I'm in need of one for one of the pumps I'm working on right now :x
Show as usual was a blast. Had a little mishap on the way home involving fan belts and lower radiator hose but nothing that wasn't easily fixed. Ready for the spring show already :D
Well, a buddy of mine has decided to part with his Saracen, and one of the many vehicles that he wants to replace it with is a M35 (of which I just happen to have a couple :) So trying to work a deal to use a M35 as down payment :)
It's so easy to get reliable power out of the 5.9. I've got a truck sitting here in the shop that put out 675 ponies at the rear wheels and is a daily driver and tows the guys backhoe regularly.
Ya know, I've never once bought a deuce from a private party they all came right from the government. Every single one of them has had evidence of the hammer & chisel method. that's ridiculous seeing as the sockets I have came from govt. surplus.
I used to be a big competitor in the competition stereo world, so I spent a lot of time at the auto stereo shops. Like Mangus said, the work I did myself I was much happier with and did a far better job than these shops did. Remember, most of the employees at car audio shops are punks just out...
I think I might still have 2 of these MWO kits. Let me see if I can find them. Not sure exactly where I put them, and they will only wor with the later style handle.
There is a bleeder screw on top (black plastic screw). Well more of a "thumbwheel" than a screw. Anyway, open that up and have someone crank it over until you get fuel coming out.
