I have been thinking lately of replacing the guages in a deuce to all mechanical. Are the bulbs in the stock guages 24 volts? And are the holes in the guage panel a common size? Dont really have a good reason just think it would be nice if the guages could work if the acces. switch was off.

When putting the blocks under a M1008 the steel wedge that is stock, does it get removed, put on top or bottom of the block? And the plate that the U-bolts bolt to does it go a certain way or is in universal?

I plan to lift my M1008, but I didnt buy a kit I came out cheaper buying it seperate. Question is do I reuse my stock front spring u-bolts or do I buy new ones if so where.

I was bleeding the fuel system today, and when I went to reinstall the secondary and final fuel filters I decided to use the gaskets included in OD Irons Kit ( didn't the first time), but they are a pain in the butt to get on. What is the key/trick or are they the wrong size?
