They have the records. Just be very nice to them and say please and thank you a lot. Don't ruin it for the rest that come after you, as those who went before you haven't ruined it for you and the rest.
The water cooler holders are the same. The truck is the same style. IR headlights in the bumper are another indicator of a NTC truck. Was your truck ever rebuilt? http://www.iyacyas.com/ntcaug.html
Go buy this book, you will see some good pics of O/C trucks...
Start the truck and heater without getting out of your O/C sleeping bag. They would run a LONG heater duct hose from the passengerside heater duct under the dash inside the sleeping bag. No kidding. Those who have been to NTC can verify.
The DRMO location is a also a HUGE #1 indicator of NTC use. It was a water cooler. The "rust" stains on the truck where the mount was indicates that. O2 or N gas wouldn't leave a stain. Figure out what the # under the eagle is and that will give us more info on it.
The logo on the rear is/was of the Eagle Observer/Controller Group at National Training Center, Ft Irwin. The water cooler bracket is another dead give away of a NTC O/C vehicle...
