. I too have a fluke meter and no idea how to measure amp hours. Also have a Fluke LAN Meter that cost about 25k when I bought it. It reads like a TDR when you want to measure fiber or copper on Ethernet or Token Rink or Coax or Twinax. Half of those things most people don't know a thing...

. Ouch! Dang that looks like it might have been a pretty good hit too... Sheet Metal though can be fixed. Hopefully you came out alright.

. Wonder if the M-142 blast shields could be bought as spare parts?

. FWIW, changing the cab from what you have to one of these just seems like a royal pain. Those nerf bars though seem like the four "bolt-on" connections on each side might be enough. Another bar up high seems smart - but it does make you wonder WHY they didn't include it. Army has a lot more...

. Okay. If that is what the ladders are all about - I need some for my truck too! :)

. I would agree, but I am a cheap A$$ and a full auto browning mounted on a turret - outside in the rain - is just a little more than I could stomach. Funny how when those things are "supplied to you by uncle", it isn't nearly as stressful. I figure if it gets that bad, I would rather have an...

. Makes you wonder if an open pipe kind of gizmo with a luggage rack - or would there be enough fuel savings to consider a cab fairing to pay for it? Seems that most of what we do is for looks rather than actually saving a dollar - so maybe you dress up your truck as you see fit? It might be...

. Didn't think about that - but those folks with a show to put on - have to have some pretty cool tricks!

Oh, but they would get their revenge (best served cold). I went down the road from Charlotte to Albemarle to repair a truck. Offloaded the tools and parts onto a Deuce from the service truck. Three of us sitting in a cab with no doors. Meandering slowly down the side of a big hill... Off to...

. Good Deal. I was hopeful. That would have made for a really bad day! Those vents are neat. They look a lot like what is on the cab of the 929 Series trucks down near your feet. (Rotated 90°) You haven't had any fun until you have a bunch of jack-booted linemen climb in and out of the...

. Agreed. Hoping not to need them for their real purpose. I keep mine in sealed drums in air conditioning. That is about as good as it can be for now.

. Glad to know it isn't just me. Prices are ridiculous and I am not sure that it will go back down. I am committed to a hundred rounds a week though. Unlikely to forget how, but practice is well worth the time effort.

. Kinda like my 50 Barrett M82. Had to have it. Had to have the longest barrel I could find. I really love shooting it, but I cry like a white mouth mule when I buy a crate of ammo. My wallet stays wet for days...

. Dang right! Just a fuzz hotter than my .22LR 32 grains, roughly 1065 fps at a hundred yards, and about 85 ft pounds at a hundred yards. Not a "lot of juice" but more than enough excitement to create a days worth of fun!

. I love it!!! That would have to be a lot of fun for sure. Guess I am cheap. I use gallon milk jug tops for target. Figure I get plenty of those and cost me a lot less than a quarter. I do enjoy nickles with a 22 LR at around a hundred yards. At that range they deform and often trap the...
