Supposedly the tires wer NOS however some looked liked they had been mounted to me but they all had the little things on them you know when they are new

Yes, I have the inserts..... Well if the outter ring didn't get seated all the way would I have to take it back apart and tighten it back down again?

Two weeks ago I put together my HEMTT wheels and 46" tires, new gaskets, new air valves, and I put air in them and the pressure stayed. I went out today and all 7 of them were at 0 pressure and not on the truck yet. So how often do you have to fill these things? Or what could have possibly gone...
