just seems it would make jockying around off road, backing up etc when you have a car your towing behind you, soooo much easier. In my case the Toad is a Jeep.
simplest would be a bar * from truck to toad's tie rod or Pittman arm that moves the wheels of toad a little based on what direction...

anyone else finding that all the sudden when you click to open a thread listed on screen.. it no longer takes you to the page where the newest post you have not read resides.. but instead takes you to the very beginning of the thread..... which can be pages and pages and pages away from where...
guess it really does not matter if your camper is a 5 ton and your towing your flat towing daily driver Dodge, Jeep etc......... either way..... what advantages would their be to being able to steer the front wheels of the towed vehicle? Am thinking it would be very handy.
something like this has been in my mind for a while. Though this is for bikes. could see it for motorcycle. how steep based on what angle messes with sump oil and coolant etc

- pull your front drive shaft....
- put the ECO hubs...
transfered a 200amp hummer alt to my LMTV few years ago. All been good. All the sudden it has stopped charging. Does not reach 28v at bats (or on dash) and does not reach 14v.
Anyone have diagnostic hints?? like which one on this alt. is the excite wire? Figure will need to asses if it...

some background..... Thought my alternator was going/went out... but I was stuck ... I HAVE to drive truck everyday right now to get to work and weather/health is forcing me to not be able to lift and get under cab...
Looks like with depth of four batts.... you can easily do 30 miles. Stays at 24v on dash voltmeter.
not sure why yet but Tues. on its typical 30 mile round trip of late I saw 24v. NOT 28v like usual.... G!@#$% gut punch. No alternator charging

Searched a bit to see what info is out there for trucks as big as Mogs, FMTV's, Deuce and Deuce 1/2 etc. sized Overland/Expedition campers.
